Prof. Zhang Zhongqiang Won ICCES Outstanding Young Researcher Award

The 29th International Conference on Computational & Experimental Engineering and Sciences (ICCES) was held in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province from May 26 to 29. Prof. Zhang Zhongqiang from School of Mechanical Engineering of Jiangsu University (JSU) won ICCES Outstanding Young Researcher Award and was invited to organize the session on micro and nano flows and fluid-solid interfaces.

Five young scholars, including Prof. Zhang Zhongqiang, Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Zhang Luwen , Professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Yin Jun, Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Xiao Mi and Professor of Hohai University Fu Zhuojia, won the ICCES Outstanding Young Researcher Awards. Professor of Harbin Engineering University Zhang Aman conferred the awards.

The ICCES is one of the academic conferences with international influence, consisting of scientific, technical, and renowned researchers from academia, industries and governmental agencies worldwide. It has been successfully held 28 times in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia, making it an internationally renowned academic event.

This year with the theme “AI Leading the Way to the Future”, brought together academics, professors, senior engineers, and industrial experts around the world. The conference covers areas of computational and experimental engineering science, including engineering mechanics, materials science, computational mathematics, computer science, simulation and modeling etc., and provides a platform for participants to share research results, discuss scientific issues and collaborate across disciplines.
