The Jiangsu provincial final of the 18th Challenge Cup National College Students Extracurricular Science and Technology Contest came to an end in Changzhou University on May 28. Jiangsu University (JSU)’s 7 contest entries won special prizes, and the total scores of Jiangsu University team ranked first.

Since the beginning of the contest in March, 30,000 projects and 230,000 students were registered for the contest, and every university in Jiangsu province has participated in the contest. Through primary and provincial semi-final contests, 699 entries were eligible for the provincial final contest.

The heads of JSU visited the students making preparation for the contest several times, and the Youth League Committee of JSU offered regular guidance about inquiry and debate. Support from the whole university provided a strong guarantee for the good performance of our contestants.
