In pursuit of academic exchanges as a multilateral platform, IUCAE held the High-Level University Developments on October 23. Experts, teachers and students from University of Warwick, Ogarev Mordovia State University, University of Nigeria, University of Buea, University of Zimbabwe Jiangsu University and so on rallied to the Academician summit. The summit was presided over by Prof. Zhao Yutao, Vice president of Jiangsu University.

Prof. Luo Xiwen, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, South China Agricultural University in his report titled “Prosper with the PRC's agricultural machinery” gave us his deep and moving insights into China’s agricultural machinery development. Prof. Chen Zijiang, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong University analyzed clinical question and need-based scientific research. Prof. Federico Rosei, F.R.S.C., Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences epitomized his thoughts on energy revolution for the sustainable development in his report “Collaborating for a better, brighter future”. Prof. Reidunn Birgitta Aalen, Member of the Norwegian Academy of Sciences and Letters, University of Oslo, in her report “To leave and let live” illustrated how both classical hormones and peptide hormones may be involved in the abscission process. Prof. Ju Hyun Park, Fellow of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology, Yeungnam University, introduced his Recent Studies, International Activities, and Yeungnam University.
