On May 27, 2020, the Zhenjiang Key Talents Job Fair of Enterprise was Held in Jiangsu University, Prof. Yan Xiaohong, President of JSU, Prof. Zhang Jijian, Vice President of JSU attended the job fair, and it presided over by Mao Jian, Deputy Director of Organization Department of Zhenjiang Municipal Party Committee and Director of talent Office of Zhenjiang Municipal Government. Leaders from Zhenjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhenjiang City Talent Service Agencies, Department of Students’ Affairs of JSU and relevant schools attended the activity.

At the opening ceremony of the job fair, the leader from Zhenjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced the development environment and talent policy of Zhenjiang city in all aspects, focused on the promotion of emerging industry projects and talent demand in 2020, talent demand of key enterprises, etc. for graduates of JSU, deeply interpreted the supporting policies related to employment and entrepreneurship, further released the policy dividend of "attracting, using, retaining and gathering talents", and continue to strengthen in-depth exchanges between graduates and enterprises in Zhenjiang, and encourage more graduates to stay, take root and develop Zhenjiang.

The Fair attracted 52 high-quality employers such as Hengshun Vinegar-industry Co., Ltd., Xiangjiang Technology and Jiangsu Dingsheng New Energy Material Limited by Share Ltd to recruit talents, and provided 1241 positions with effective demand, which basically covered all disciplines of JSU. Nearly 500 graduates who have returned to JSU entered in batches and orderly, fully demonstrating the efforts and determination of the three parties of JSU, Zhenjiang City and enterprises to work together to promote graduates to stay in Zhenjiang for employment.
