GFU Vice President Peng Changzheng Visits JSU

On Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, Prof. Peng Changzheng, vice president of George Fox University (GFU) visited Jiangsu University. Prof.Cheng Xiaonong, Vice President of JSU, received the guest. Leaders from International Office, School of Teacher Education, School of Arts, and School of Foreign Languages attended the meeting.

After extending a warm welcome to the delegation, Prof. Cheng introduced to the visitors the history of JSU, its comprehensive strength and characteristics of teaching and research. Prof. Peng thanked JSU for the warm reception, and introduced the overview of GFU, its constituent colleges and preponderant disciplines. The two sides then discussed the cooperation between GFU and Teachers’ Education College and School of Foreign Languages at JSU on student exchanges, 3+1+1 joint degree programs at undergraduate level and further education program for teachers.The two sides also agreed to cooperate on programs of teachers exchange and visiting scholars between GUF and School of Arts at JSU.
