Brief Introduction
Imai Teruko, Professor of Kumamoto University, Japan. He is mainly engaged in researches into drug dynamics and drug transfer systems, especially in the structure of drug metabolism enzymes, function analysis and prodrug design based on the quantitative analysis of drug dynamics in vivo. He has chaired 10 national projects with over 70 million JPY fund, published more than 100 papers, compiled 12 books and applied for 12 patents.
The lecture will mainly introduce characteristics of the drug’s in vivo dynamics, especially the design of metabolism of prodrug and antedrug/soft drug, so as to realize controllable in vivo dynamics and achieve better therapeutic effect.
