Professor Mike Morgan at the University of Leeds pays academic visit to JU

April 15~18, Prof. Mike Morgan, Dean of the School of Food Science and Nutrition of the University of Leeds visited Jiangsu University, where he gave three lectures and attended an international workshop.

Prof. Mike Morgan’s lectures given specially to postgraduates dwell on such issues as food allergy and suggestions for individualized diets, and antibody preparation and application in food analysis. In addition, after he introduced the features of the undergraduate programs of the School of Food Science and Nutrition of the University of Leeds, he went into discussions with teachers of Jiangsu University over student instructions. After all the lectures were given, an international workshop was jointly organized to negotiate on further cooperation between the two universities. Last but not the least, Prof. Mike Morgan and his wife visited the History Museum of Jiangsu University to know more about it.
