September17-18, a delegation headed by President of Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg visiting Jiangsu University was warmly welcomed by President Yuan Shouqi and Vice President Chen Long. An agreement was reached between the two universities in joint training of students in electrical engineering and related majors via mutual consultation. The cooperation agreement was signed in the Meeting Center of Jiangsu University respectively by President Yuan Shouqi and President Jens Strackeljan.
During his stay in Jiangsu University, President Jens Strackeljan visited the History Museum of Jiangsu University, the School of Electrical & Information Engineering, the School of Computer Science & Telecommunications Engineering and the School of Automobile & Traffic Engineering. The President and his colleagues were deeply impressed by the teaching conditions and achievements of Jiangsu University.
