Tenured Prof. Feng Zhaosheng delivers academic lecture

On May 26, at the invitation of Jiangsu University, tenured professor Feng Zhaosheng from UT Pan American delivered a lecture in Jiangsu University. He talked about the approximate solution of KdV equation in Faculty of Science on May 27. He also delivered a lecture about American educational system in No. 3 Lecture Hall of the Conference Center. Professor Feng mainly engaged in research of nonlinear differential equation. He has published hundreds of academic papers about math, physics and control engineering on American , British and German academic periodicals. He was the chief editor of three international mathematical journals (SCI). During 2006-2009, he presided 1 research project supported by American National Science Foundation.
