JU's first inte’l cooperative engineering teaching program formally signed

On May 27, vice president Song Yuqing , as well as the leaders of related departments and schools had a meeting with professor Jiang Zhongwei from Yamaguchi University (Japan). The two sides reached an agreement on the time and content of the cooperation, the selection of instructors and students, fees, etc. of the first China-Japan-Korea international cooperative teaching program of industrial innovation. Professor Li Zhongxing, director of International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Jiangsu University and Professor Jiang Zhongwei signed a cooperation agreement. The program , which is in the charge of Industrial Center , is the first one of international cooperative teaching of engineering practice in Jiangsu University. The program will make use of the national high quality teaching resources to build an international innovation teaching platform during the summer holiday, which helps students majored in mechanicals, electromechanics, measurement, optical information, electrical ,electronic and computer engineering to have an international innovation teaching practice. According to the arrangement, the Japanese Yamaguchi University will carry out the first two-week-long cooperative teaching in August 2013 and the next cooperative teaching will be conducted in Jiangsu University in the summer holiday of 2014.
