Three JU teachers go to America for academic conference

Recently, the 7th International Forum of Ecological Civilization was held Claremont, California. 60 European and American researchers and 110 Chinese researchers attended the Forum. Li Li, Da Yinghua and Chen Yue from the School of Marxism were invited to the forum. At the two-day forum, the scholars shared their views about such subjects as “Whether China will take the urbanization road at the price of loss of rural civilization ”, “Ecological civilization and post modern agriculture ”, “Ecological civilization and rural development”, and “Ecological civilization and urban-rural integration”. The international forum of ecological civilization was co-sponsored by Sino-American Institute of Postmodern Development, China Central Compilation and Translation Bureau, Chinese Society of Dialects for Nature, Claremont Lincoln University, Yale, and Beijing Normal University. The Chinese scholars present at the Forum come from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, National Administrative Institute, Chinese Institute of Agriculture, Renmin University of China, Wuhan University, Beijing Normal University, Tongji University, Nankai University, South China Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, Jiangsu University, Suzhou University, Shanxi University, China Executive Leadership Academy (Pudong), Wenhui Daily, and Beijing Global Village.
