Inaugural ceremony for “Jiangsu University Center for International Chinese Education” held

On March 4th, the opening ceremony of Jiangsu University Center for International Chinese Education was held in the Conference Center of Jiangsu University. Present at the ceremony were vice president Chen Long, the relevant leaders of School of Overseas Education and the full-time and part-time Chinese teachers of the Center. At the ceremony, vice president Chen Long expressed his hope that the education resources on the campus of Jiangsu University can be integrated and the Center can be made full use of to push forward the university’s international Chinese education. Besides, special attention should be paid to the construction of professional master program of international Chinese education so that the Center can develop its distinctive features. Professor Gao Jing, dean of School of Overseas Education , and professor Wu Xiaofeng, associate dean of School of Humanities and Law also made a speech at the ceremony.
