Russian Stavropol Municipal Governmental Delegation visits JU

On December 20,accompanied by Zhang Zhonghua and Zhang Xiangyang, vice directors of Foreign Affaires Office of Zhenjiang Municipal People’s government, the 3-member governmental delegation of Stavropol City, Russia, headed by Kolyjakin George, chairman of the Duma and mayor of the city, paid a visit to Jiangsu University.

Professor Yuan Shouqi, president of Jiangsu University, had a talk with the delegation. Present at the talk were the leaders of International Office, School of Overseas Education and School of Pharmacy. President introduced Jiangsu University’s history, academic disciplines, staff , academic research and international cooperation & exchange. The two parties expressed the hope of carrying out substantial cooperation in academic visit and student exchange.
