Clarivate Analytics released its latest ESI (Essential Science Indicators) data on September 23. JSU’s Agricultural Sciences entered the ESI global top 0.01% for the first time, and Economics & Business entered the global top 1%. JSU now has one discipline in the global top 0.01%, four in the top 0.1% and 17 in the top 1%, marking further progress in its discipline development.

Agricultural Sciences’ rise into the global top 0.01% reflects JSU’s long-standing focus on agricultural engineering and its sustained investment in distinctive disciplines. The addition of Economics & Business to the global top 1% further broadens the university’s disciplinary coverage in international academic evaluation.
