JSU Secured Outstanding Results at the 9th National Logistics Design Competition for University Students

Recently, the final of the 9th "New Youth Wuxing Cup" National Logistics Design Competition for University Students was held in Huzhou. Two undergraduate teams and one postgraduate team selected by Jiangsu University (JSU) achieved outstanding results. The undergraduate teams won one first prize and one third prize, while the postgraduate team was awarded the second prize. And JSU was honored with the "Best Organization Award".



The National Logistics Design Competition for University Students is a large-scale pedagogical practice contest for university students across China, guided by the National Teaching Steering Committee for Logistics Management and Engineering and organized by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing. Included in the Ministry of Education's "Quality Engineering" initiative in 2007, the competition has been consistently listed in the national ranking of disciplinary contests for higher education institutions. It is recognized as the most professional, authoritative, and practical logistics competition for university students in China. This edition of the competition attracted 757 participating teams, including 677 undergraduate teams and 80 postgraduate teams, with 90 undergraduate and 30 postgraduate teams ultimately advancing to the finals.

The participating students from JSU came from diverse majors including Logistics Management, Transportation, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science. Through teamwork, they developed innovative solutions addressing real-world enterprise logistics challenges, focusing on design content, methodology, and practical application, and excelled in the on-site defense session.

JSU has long placed strong emphasis on cultivating students' innovative capabilities and fostering deep integration of theory and practice. By establishing a comprehensive academic competition system, providing excellent faculty guidance, and offering robust research and practical platforms, JSU has effectively stimulated students' creative potential and enhanced their ability to solve complex real-world problems.
