Apartments A-G and Overseas Students’ Apartment accommodate all undergraduates and postgraduates Chinese and international. Every apartment building is equipped with a coin-operated automatic washing machine and air-conditioning. Some free services include needle and thread package, air inflation service, micro-wave oven, hairdryer, etc.

One-stop service is offered in the Overseas Students' Apartment. The information of all sections is provided in both Chinese and English, and all reception staff use English and Mandarin to communicate with students. There are numerous services such as POS settlement, one-time bills, reception service, mail collection, accommodating notice, and tourism services.
