On March 22, the China Association of Higher Education released the list of 2023 National University Students Competition Rankings. International College Students Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Innovation Competition founded by Jiangsu University (JSU) was successfully selected into the list.
International College Students Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Innovation Competition is co-sponsored by the International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (CIGR), Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery (CSAM), Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering (CSAE), Synergistic Innovation Center of Modern Agricultural Equipment(SIAE), and International University Consortium for Agricultural Engineering (IUCAE), and co-organized by China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association. JSU is the permanent secretariat. The competition is characterized by "New Agriculture + New Engineering", "Four Themes + Full Process", and "Double Participation + Industrialization". It fully utilizes the innovative resources of universities, research institutes, and industry enterprises in the agricultural equipment industry, and focuses on cultivating high-quality innovative talents who know and love agriculture. At present, the competition has been successfully held for seven sessions, becoming the most influential and authoritative sci-tech innovation competition in the field of agricultural engineering.
JSU will further improve the competition, strive to build it into a modern agricultural equipment-oriented joint education brand with a wider coverage, deeper impact and broader themes, so as to provide more creative wisdom and innovative talents for the development of the agricultural equipment industry.
