As part of this year’s mid autumn festival celebration, the making of Moon Cake was organized by the School of Food and Biological Engineering in collaboration with Overseas Education College (OEC) of Jiangsu University. This exciting event took place on Saturday 26^th of September, 2015 by 3pm at room 412 of the School of Food and Biological Engineering Building.
