Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government announced the documents of 2019 Jiangsu Science and Technology Award. Jiangsu University has 18 outstanding achievements on the list, including 4 first prizes, 10 second prizes and 4 third prizes. The total number of awards ranks the second of universities in Jiangsu Province and the first among provincial universities. In addition Mistry of Education announced that, 4 scientific and technological achievements of JSU won the 2019 Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Colleges and Universities in 2019 (Science and Technology), 2 for first prizes and 2 for second prizes, the total number of awards ranked 15th among the whole country’s universities.
