Based on relevant national laws and regulations and the current COVID-19 situation in the province, Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government has decided to lower the provincial public health emergency response level from Level I to Level II from 24:00, February 24, 2020.

Following the requirement of area and tier-based epidemic prevention and control, all localities across the province shall formulate science-based plans and adopt targeted approaches in light of local conditions as part of the effort to boost economic and social development alongside epidemic control.
