CAE member Zhou Junliang delivers an academic speech

On March 7 ZhouJunliang, member of Chinese Academy ofEngineering, made an academic speech at Jiangsu University. In his speech, he analyzed 6problems concerning the anti-sliding stability design of buildings onfoundation soil in the light of the current Dam Design Norm, and suggestedsolutions. Long engaged in hydraulic structure design, Mr. Zhou was granted thehonorary title of Chinese Master of Engineering Design.
