The Visit to Xinghua by Foreign Experts and Teachers was jointly organized by Foreign Affairs Office, Jiangsu Provincial Government and Xinghua Government. There were about 100 foreign experts and teachers from 13 universities in Jiangsu province participating this activity. They visited Cultural and Arts Center of Dainan Town, Qiandao Rape Blossoms Scenic Spot, Xinghua Museum, Exhibition Plaza for Intangible Cultural Heritage Programs, Xinghua Middle School, Xinghua Welfare House and Nursing Home for the Aged in Lincheng Town and so on.

Through this activity, the participating foreign experts and teachers had a more vivid picture on the current development of new rural areas in Jiangsu Province and the history and culture of China. Their preference and friendliness towards China has been improved.
