On the afternoon of December 10, the ceremony of appointing professor Nagao Kobayashi from Tohoku University of Japan part-time professor of Jiangsu university was held in the lecture hall of School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering. Professor Xie Jimin , dean of the school , chaired the ceremony and professor Chen Long, vice president of Jiangsu University ,issued a letter of appointment to the Japanese professor and pinned a university badge for him. After the ceremony, professor Nagao Kobayashi made an academic report about the relationship between the molecular structures and observed properties of azaporphyrins and phthalocyanines.
