At the invitation of Chienkuo Technology University (Taiwan), the 4-member delegation headed by deputy president XU Huaxi reached Taiwan for a visit on March 4 and returned home, as planned, on March 11. The program of student exchange between Jiangsu University and Chienkuo Technology University has been implemented for a year. Jiangsu University has sent 5 students to its counterpart, and the students’ excellent performance is widely acclaimed. The delegation had a friendly talk about further cooperation with Mr. WU Lianxing, general director, Dr. WANG Sunpeng, deputy president and Mr. DU Zhuang, dean of School of Business Management of Chienkuo Technology University. On the base of student exchange, the two sides reached a tentative agreement on the programs of Two-side Visit and Teacher Exchange. The visit to Taiwan is successful and has done a lot to the cooperation and exchange between Jiangsu University and some universities in Taiwan.
