On Nov. 25, 2019, according to the arrangement of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Provincial Committee, Governor Wu Zhenglong publicized the spirit of the 4^th plenary session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee for staff members and students of Jiangsu University.

At first, Governor Wu Zhenglong visited the university museum and laboratory of agricultural equipment, to have an insight on the JSU history, construction, scientific innovation. He asked how the spirit of the plenary session publicized on campus in detail, and instructed JSU to use more popular and easy ways to promote the spirit into the mind. Later, he met with presidents, teachers, counselors and student representatives of JSU.

Accompanied by Mr. Chen Jiangang, the Secretary-General of Jiangsu Provincial Government, Mr. Hui Jianlin, Secretary of Zhenjiang municipal committee of the CPC.
