From December 28^th to 30^th, 2018, the 5^th International Clinical Laboratory Medicine (CLM) "Jinshan Forum" hosted by School of Medicine, Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Scienceand Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Laboratory Medicine was held in Zhenjiang. Vice President, Prof. Quan Li attended the forum and gave the welcome speech. Prof. Rao Zihe, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Researcher Kazuo Kinoshita of Shiga Medical Center Research Institute, Moriyama, Japan, Prof. Yin Hang, and Director of the Pharmaceutical Technology Center of Tsinghua University, took part in the forum and presented special reports. The forum was chaired by Prof. Xu Wenrong, Dean of School Medicine, JSU.

The forum focused on the "Basic and Clinical Research of Exosomes " and "Progress in Biomarker Research". Leaders and experts from various affiliated hospitals of Jiangsu University and teaching hospitals, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Kyoto University, Wuhan University, Southern Medical University, etc., as well as more than 300 faculties and students from School of Medicine attended the forum and exchanged clinical laboratory medical research on the latest developments and joint development trends.

The International Clinical Laboratory Medicine (CLM) "Jinshan Forum" aims to build a platform for experts and scholars in the field of laboratory medicine at home and abroad to exchange academics, share new applications and progress, and promote the construction and development of laboratory medicine.
